Expert not working on live account

Hi everyone i built an expert advisor on fxdreema based on simple parabolic sar strategy....when i tested the robot it worked so well on the tester then i managed to run on demo account and it also worked as it should be.....
But now i am trying to operate the robot on my live account it shows that the expert is working( the blue sign on top right of the chart) but the expert literally do nothing on the chart like if there is no expert at all .. i have checked allow algo trading and allow modification of signals and still the expert is not working.....i returned it to the demo and as previously it worked....but not on the live

Anyone knows the solution?

BTW: the demo and the live account are from the same broker and i contacted the broker and they said they have no problem with whatever expert i use.

I would expect it to work on both if it works on one, check your journal tab to see if if it tells you why

@mahmoodgsd Puedes intentar verificar esto, a mi me paso con uno de mis EA y cuando le coloque esto en los decimales y ademas revice que tuviera activado esto que marco en la captura de imagen ya luego funsiono todo bien
