All of them need to be comma separated.

if I put this ea on just one pair (one chart), all currency wich I put in this block will open trade .

I do not agree with opening many symbols from 1, because the reason for placing a trade from 1 is rarely right

@kk-fxdreema-2 Yes, but all the charts symbols need to be visible on the MT4's market watch window. Otherwise they will not be open.
