Missing block/-s after compilling to ex4 in set-data

A new block 499 "Time filter" is insert in the builder:

The block 499 occurs in the editor:

After compiling to the ex4-file block 499 "Time filter" is not there:

The block seems in-active.
Do you have a solution?

The block-structure of an active block "Time filter" that occures in the set-data after compilling is:

Here you can see
_beforeExecuteEnabled = true;
this will occure in the set-data.
