Mq4 button only "compiling" when clicked, not opening file save

Maybe I am missing something here, but after saving my project, I click mq4 as per instructions and no new page pens. merely says compiling...... then ends.
How do I save this project to my Metatrader 4?

You have compilation error, which is because you have some value 5- for MA period in block 6. Remove that - sign from there.
