How to set value separation between 2 indicators?

I have 2 MA's (eg. SMA20 and SMA 40) running on my chart. One condition for a trade to be placed is that eg. SMA20 needs to be 2 pips above SMA40 (ie. there needs to be a 2 pip separation between the MA's). I've tried doing a simple condition MA20 != MA40 with "+2 pips" in the "Adjust" section, but this doesn't work as expected. Any help appreciated!

Depending on your broker, you should try '+20' instead of +2.
