How to put explanaratory comments to my code

My EA is getting quite complex and I need to put some explanatory text near the code blocks, but I can not figure out how to do this.
If i look at section "Tutorial by users" and "Tutorial 01 - EMA cross, part 1 [beginners]", I find several note blocks close to the code blocks. Could you please tell me how to do this?

Right-click on any block and select Create Area
