Entry by cross and not bigger than 5 pips

Hi, I need some help.

I have two SMA -lines. Let say SMA 15 and 30.
The condition i want is when de lines cross and the candle is not bigger than 5 pips than buy/sell.

5 pips from the cross price.

It will depend on what you consider 'cross price'. When two MA cross,you can see both lines on your chart, but finding the price at which it happened can be tricky. Would the close price of the candle in which that crossing happened valid for you?
