Using round number

Hi there,
I would like to know if it is possible to create an EA using big round number as condition.
For exemple when price goes from one round number to another (100pips) (i.e) 129.00, 130.00, 1.2900, 1.2800
And open trade at a especific number of pips in distance from that last round number
Stop Loss would be at xx.50 (i.e 129.50, 1.2850)

You can check "Buy pending orders in grid" and "Sell pending orders in grid". It's not exactly the same, but it's something similar. Otherwise I had an idea to do something about the round numbers, but to be honest I don't know exactly how to do it. I mean, if at the moment the condition says that we are close to some round number, how do we know if this round number is the one we want? The price can go up and down and enter again in the same old round numbers zone, and not going up to the next one

yeah. but using pending grid, i would be able to place orders 100 pips from each other. but that 100 pips could be anywhere. i need to use the round numbers. and in a way to identify the last and the next to use as condition. it doenst matter if it is the one we want. what matters here is if it went from one round number to another.

Yeah something like. Where did you find this block ? I dont have it here.
But it has to tell me if it came from another round number and if it was from below or above.
