Candle Wick size bigger than body Size and crosses over moving average

Hello Everyone , Hope you are all doing Well. I would like for anyone to help me with This Condition . Am trying to set a buy order when candle wick is below the moving average but the close is above the moving average but the catch is that the wick size has to be bigger than the body size. look into( various signals )... (single candle template) . if wick if greater than 50% its bigger than the body.
