Has anyone been able to locate rules for the forum?

@tipsywisdom AFAIK there aren't any publiched right now. When the admin actively participated on it he was the one doing the job. Now it (informally) corresponds to us users.

just a talking point, but people are often told they are not allowed to advertise here or put services. If there are no rules, how can they be reported?
