Access the mql5.com website, register as it is free.
There, request a quote for "Freelance" services and create an ad requesting what you need.

I created an ad where I want to get cryptocurrency quotes within Metatrader 5.
And in return I will develop an EA that will be able to send trade (signals) to a Json server that will send via pyton for Binance to open and close a trade at a certain price.
It's a bit daring but it's possible to have this, it will only cost you some $$$ because the services on mql5.com have values, but nothing that expensive.
