Indicator:
Bollinger band with 20 period and 2 deviation

Logic:

1. If the candle close near/on the upper band, sell
2. If the candle close near/on the lower band, buy

note: upside arrow is buy, downside is sell

Im struggling to put the logic to the board

@slimmz How are you determining which candle is the trigger for buy/sell and what stops the candles before from opening the trade?

Maybe check distance from band to closing candle, if close enough then open trade?
Or of candle is crossing outside band but reverse and close inside the band?

Which one is applicable?

Hi really like your approach to Bollinger Bands.
Currently testing as well with Macd.

Could you please tell me, whats the indicator you use for green and red hatched background in Bollinger Bands is?
Do you use it as confluence for "if area is touched" because of price doesnt touch the actual band itself?
