Help setting a condition? Can anyone shed some light?

I am trying to set up a robot, at a certain time of the hour if the candle closes bullish/green I would like a sell position to open and vice versa if the candle closes bearish/red I would like a buy position to open. I have already set up the time I want the robot to start and end through-out the day, the buy position and the sell positions are already set up. But how do I set up the condition? Will be appreciated very much

sorry, one trade per hour on the 15 minute chart at 30 past exactly

only 8 trades per day, between 09:00am and 17:00pm uk time

Please notice that I selectes 'server time' option. You need to check if that coincides with your broker's server time. You need to use these blocks on top of the whole launching structure.
