How can we set an alert message on mobile

How can we set an alert message on mobile, when market get closed or open,
Should I enter time values ? as it is simple. But if there is any holiday on weekdays or any time change in trading hours then how it need to be considered ?

@forexbob-0 You link your mobile to pc platform, create your alert with the specifications you want, most markets are 24/5 so, stocks are not so these will only get a tick to send alert once open.
