My file doesn't open on the chart

I created a project and tried to download it by pushing the .mt4 top on the left of the screen.
file doesn't show an image of 4 on the file.
the file is fully white and probably something is wrong and it's a reason.
is anybody knows how to solve this problem?

sorry but i don't understand your question, can you please take a screenshot to look what the problem is?

@Jay-b I see you don't get the value of the new lot size from all groups. Some of them are even disconnected. I guess you simply forgot to connect them, right?

I want to refund my payment as I mentioned before.

@Jay-b If you want a refund you need to ask the admin, you can get details on main page, I would say though, you made the payment so the choice of not wanting to continue is solely yours.
