Custom indicator using MA crossover of RSI levels

Is it possible to code custom indicator that uses Moving average crossover of RSI levels? Not cross the RSI itself but only level 30 or 70 line? I add MA to RSI indicator window. Red line is MA, Green is RSI with dotted lines the levels of RSI

The only way to get that is by having a custom indicator doing so and then import it into fxDreema. Otherwise it is not possible.
