Automated Rectangles

I would like your help to figure out how you would draw a rectangle and deleted them automatically when not needed?

What I tried:

I created a bool option, when its true rectangles will appear when its false they will be deleted off the chart, it works the first on and off prompt but after it displayed then i delete it, if i try put it back again it does not show again. what configuration would you possibly use to create such?

If I understand it correctly, those rectangles are 100% automatically plotted, right? No manually rectangles?
