Buy limit/Stop AND Sell Limit/Stop buy line in my dashboard issue

I am creating a trading dashboard and encountered an issue. When I draw lines on the chart by pressing the 'Create Lines' button, after moving the lines to the desired price range and pressing the 'Buy Pending / Sell Pending' button, the first order is placed correctly. However, I am unable to place subsequent orders. For example, if I have placed a Buy Limit order, I cannot place another order for example Sell Limit order anymore.
