creating EA with Breakout box indicator

Please i need help, i want to create robot with a condition that when 2SMA CROSSES each other at a spacific area on the chart where a particular indicator appear on the chart but i dont know how to do it.

Some more info would be appreciated. Which other indicators are involved? and what interactions are expected between them?

Sir, i mean just the two indicators , breakout box indicator usually shows rectangle on the chart, so i want it that when SMA 10 and SMA 30 crosses each other within the rectangle it should be condition for exicution.thanks sir
