TP % of balance

Hello all,
I would like to know can I have a TP correspond to 10% of my balance. Imagine I have a balance at 100$. I would like my TP make me 10% of profits of my balance, so 10$ here. How can I do? I have that but it doesn't work. look. Please help me.

@bagheria You should use a variable instead. Your math is correct, but you are applying it to a price level and thats is not what you want but a balance level.
