Trades not opened when criteria met

Hi there, so I have been using FXDreema for a while and this is the first issue I cannot resolve.

It is an issue I came across in a project and thought it was just because it was complex.
However even when I reduce it to a simple project the problem remains. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I adjusted the slippage to zero and it made no difference. The way I understand if a arrow is drawn once per bar, a trade should be opened. But this is not the case. (See image and shared link) Using Mettrader4.
Any help will be very much appreciated.

Okay so I find that this only happens on indices - search within fxdreema for indices and there are solutions -

@larryh Was it a pips size rules maybe?
