There was a solution to using it in MT5 on the forum, but this no longer works:

I contacted the developer direct. He cannot help as he does not know fxDreema.

Has anyone got this to work on MT5 again?

@ed_h The problem of buffers in fxDreema is especially frustrating when dealing with MT5. I'm afraid the only available option is contacting fxDreema admin directly and asking for his help.
