Trade Profit/loss at certain price level

Is it possible to calculate an open trade profit/loss at a certain price? So if price reaches level 'a' I can lookup that profit will be 'b'?

@general-melchett Technically you can if you know profit per pip. If you know that pips distance you ahould calculate the new profit.
