I'm sorry about yout latest projects. I wrote a lot about this in the "hack" topic, but in short - the last 6 months of data is gone forever and I can't do anything to restore it.

However, in your case it seems that I restored few shared projects. When you open "Load Project" you will see some with weird IDs. Normal projects are like mt5-1234, restored shared projects are some random letters and numbers.

About your payment, maybe you did it around the time the hack happened. Payments that happened around that time are a little bit in the void. But I have records of all payments and I will fix it. Can you send me transaction id of the payment? Or maybe the email of the payment, or just some data that will help me to find it. Because now I can't find a payment with the email of your profile here. If it was a crypto payment, just send me the coin name and transaction hash.
