Please Help me with Copy and Paste Keys to save time

I am using Custom MQL Block, I am struggling to use combination to copy and paste inside the block when I am typing,that causes me to type similar word over and over instead of just copy, paste and edit.Help me with the Keyboard key to copy and paste.
