you can upload your MQL4 source file with import option and download in ex4 file. upper left side corner.

Do you mean a file NOT created on fxDreema? Then it is not possible.

If mq4 not created by fxdreema, then open it using Metaeditor and compile it there. Then you'll get the ex4 if there's no error.
