Integration of Manual Transactions with Fexdreema Robot: Clarification Needed

Could someone clarify a question for me? If I conduct a manual transaction using the MetaTrader platform, will the Fexdreema robot recognize that transaction and be able to take further actions? Or does it only execute actions if the transaction is made through the robot itself, whether automatically or by creating buttons for manual operations?
