Blocks are executed starting with the lowest number, then they run down the line (regardless of numbers), and then the next lowest is activated. % of opposite stop means, if TP is 100% of SL and SL is 100 pips then TP is 100 pips.
Custom pips (I think although I don't use) is for using any other way of depicting used pips
