By pending orders in grid

Hello! When I’m using “By pending orders in grid”, I’m not able to find a way to determine if the order should be a stop or limit order, eg. BUY STOP or BUY LIMIT.
Is there a setting where you can choose between STOP and LIMIT?

Where you place the order will determine the type, a buy placed below the current price would be a limit, and above would be a stop.

@jstap Hello, I cannot buy the Kindle version on Amazon, only the hardcover or paperback editions. Maybe it's because I live in Norway?

I do not know why, as far as I'm aware they all work everywhere. I have also sold the Kindle version previously to Norway
