two trade open on same time

when i use demo account my EA works fine but when i run in real account some times two trade open on same time in grid trading lots plus condition..
for example
Grid distance = 20 pips
Lots plus = 0.01

my first trade is 0.01 at 1.1120
so my second trade is 0.02 at 1.11400

instead of this in real account
my first trade is 0.01 at 1.1120
and my second trade is 0.02 at 1.11400
and third trade also is 0.03 at 1.11400 on same time...

how can I solve this problem..
