VWAP Buy and Sell

Hi,

I know this is simple but indulge me as I am a beginner. All I want to do is be able to execute a buy when the close of the candle is above VWAP Monthly and execute a sell when the candle closes below the VWAP Monthly. Here is a link to the project:

When I try and test it on a daily chart in MT4 nothing happens.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Candle close on 0 would be the current moving value, on 1 would be the last closed price, draw a trend line with the buffer you are using to visually see if what you want is happening.
