Experts & Indicators can't be attached to chart ? error [538] !!

Basically, i was on win10, n b4 upgrading to win11
= i copied win10 MetaQuotes folder ( which was inside Roaming ).

So, i expected all indicators + experts to be there. ( aswelas i alrdy have a saved template copied )

After upgrading to win11, installed MT5, deleted current MetaQutoes ( Inside Roaming )
= N pasted the Copy of MetaQuotes.

Leave alone that nun of accs were loaded, aint a big deal.

However, reagrding indicators + experts = ALTHO they were appearing in the navigator panel,
but i jus couldnt attach them to the chart.

every time i try so = this error comes : ( in journal )

so i searched bout this issue, n found this post :

where it seems 2b that the solution is bout COMPILING the expert/indicator, converting it from from ex5 > MQ5.

However, when i checked Terminal>XXX>MQL5>Experts ( + Indicators ) where my experts ( + Indicators ) there = they were ex5, without a MQ5 Soruce.

aswelas i tried 2download diff experts & indicators from the free makret, but nun of them had an MQ5 Soruce file, all of em were jus ex5

N i also read bout a web that converts ex5 to mq5 but result is lot of missing lines, so i dont think that's the solution.

briefly, im lost, i dont have an enough experience in this n i want u guys help if any1 knows.

i simply dont know what to do.

basically all what i want is, my experts & indicators WHICH i have a copy of em.
i want them bec i have adjusted their settings in a certain way which that i dont remember + lot of hrs.

n if my way of tryna preserve mt5 data is an improper way, what was the proper way then ?
i expected that i ddi everything right

This error code means licensing problem. That happens when upgrading Windows and your EA / indicator is from Market. Just remove all and re install them from Market.
