How to recognize when RSI trend changes rising/falling

Hello,
how to setup EA in such a way that it will recognize when RSI will change trend direction from rising to falling (or vice versa) and provide for example buy signal ? Partially I was sucesfull with indicator rise/fall but this is providing many signals as the candle is moving up and down until next time frame. I want to compare RSI level after candle time frame is finished so up/down trend is confirmed (See attached print screen). Than you very much in advance for your help admin.

Well, you can always use Candle ID of 1, 2, 3 and so on (previous candles)
