How to create logic if i want Price action that has touched an MA then closed either in Positive (take buy) or Negative (take sell)?

Hello,
I'm trying to work out the logic and how to then put it in the dreema flow chart.
what Im trying to do is
If two MA's are in positive flow and then price action candle comes back and touches biggest value MA and closes positive, then i want the system to take a buy.
If two MA's are in negative flow, then i want the opposite logic.
Im sure this is basic so any help would be very much appreciated.

It should not be too difficult to do, but some screenshots showing the exact recipe of conditions would certainly help. Can you please upload a few pics detailing the strategy?

so in the above chart can see BIG MA is RED and SMALLER MA is YELLOW. if the market is in positive flow like it is here given the smaller MA is above the bigger MA, and you get a candle that touches the BIG RED MA and closes green, then this is a BUY ENTRY.
As you can see there is 3 buy entries here.
If the market is in negative flow then the SMALLER YELLOW MA is below the LARGER RED MA. so the opposite logic would apply and thus a SELL would be entered.
Basically i have no idea how to setup the algorithim to do this strategy so please help.

Ok. Now is way clear. One more question, please. If I understand it correctly, a buy is open when the candle's low is below red MA and close is above it and NOT necessarily above the yellow one, right?

Yes 100% correct. it needs to activate but having touched the RED MA and then close in Green candle. Again its the opposite for a SELL.
So how do i write up the logic for this in the flow chart?
