I am a beginner - I need to build a simple robot that will have the task TO TRACK THE PRICE AND WHEN THE PRICE GET TO ENVELOPES THIS ROBOT WILL SEND ME A TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION.

Which part is the one that doesn't work? Tracking the proce or sending the notification?
