EA Not Attaching to MT4 Chart (No ERROR Message)

I try to attach the EA labeled Jacqueline to my chart but it doesn't do anything including give an error message. I tried restarting the MT4, deleting and re downloading it, Editing the EA on the builder and re- downloading it. Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong. This is the first time I am having this issue.

THis means the error is still present. You will need to fix it and then recompile it again.
