I want a situation whereby when first candle closed above or below EMA 14, and when the ADX 14 reaches 26 level, the bot should give me notification of the setup.

2. I want a state when RSI 14 touches level 30 or 70 and when ADX14 reaches 50 level I should get notifications on phone.
