This gives me a signal every time any part of a bar crosses above the MA20. However, I only want a signal when a bar CLOSES above the MA20. How can I modify this to do this?

I am using the attached custom indicator. I am simply trying to get an arrow shown on the chart when the 0 output buffer from this indicator is equal to more than a 0 numeric value. I have managed to get it to run in strategy tester and it picks up all the correct input parameters and shows the indicator. But I can never get it to output an arrow. I have also tried to get it to output an alert message instead, but also no luck. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Many thanks.
I want to build a simple expert that:
Buys when Heiken Ashi shows a long candle
Sells when Heiken Ashi shows a short candle
What function do I use for this? If I use the Condition function I can only compare the Heiken Ashi indicator to another indicator or state.
