    • RE: FXDreema source code

@ambrogio Maybe something is wrong with my system! I followed your guide well with the help of the screenshots and was happy because everything seemed to work fine until the final stage when I double clicked the EA in the Expert folder, instead of opening the source code, it attached it on the chart that's loaded with another EA, and ready to change the present EA. If there is an alternative method, please help. I really need to get the source code of FXdreema EA so that I might be able to bypass some bottlenecks of using FXdreema alone. Please help! Thanks

    • Variable (input) block

Hi friends, can the window used to define project variable or constant be used for declaring array? If not, how do I declare array with Fxdreema? Thanks

@ambrogio I know. It didn't open. Can you demonstrate on your (screenshot) PC folder, showing the opened source code? I shall be grateful. Thanks

@ambrogio Sorry, I meant double clicking the file in the download folder. It doesn't show the source code, however, I will try once more. Thanks 👍

    • RE: FXDreema source code

@ambrogio double clicking the mq folder didn't open the source code, instead it attached it on the chart. My goal is to see the EA codes so that I can manually input some code lines that may not be easy to add using fxdreema blocks

    • RE: FXDreema source code

@jstap I am back. It's like my description or the use of
the word "source code" was wrong, so let me use a lame man description: I am looking for where I will see plain code which I wrote with the help of FXdreema. I use that MQL5 button you showed me on the screen to download the EAs as an application to my download folder and install them on my charts for testing; there is no issue with it. I only want to see the plain codes, thinking it would be easier to make specific changes and get the desired result, that's combining the help of FXdreema with my little knowledge of MQL coding. I hope I didn't confuse you. Thanks as usual.

@l-andorrà Thanks very much, though I couldn't see it and I wondered if my builder page is different from yours. I will be grateful if you would send me a screenshot with an arrow directing me to the place. Thanks

    • RE: Rusume Trade

Thank you so much, jstap. It didn't work this time, too. I am not surprised because the example you posted doesn't include the block to turn off the trade. It has only Turn On block; logically, the EA must turn off after making a loss before we talk of Turning back on. Your example has only 5 blocks, which doesn't include the Position closed block, where the condition to stop trading should be tied. It also doesn't include Turn off block, which will do the turning off. I appreciate the role you are playing in this project as a helper, but we must understand each other to succeed. As I said earlier, this EA should stop trading for the day once it makes a loss and resume trading tomorrow; therefore, if it doesn't have a condition to turn off the "buy" block, we shouldn't want to Turn on something that is already On. See the link to your example I followed. I only changed the name; everything else remains the way it shows on your post https://fxdreema.com/shared/r9EJ8YlCb

To ensure I get it right this time, I want to share this link with you so that you can see what needs to change, then I will test again. The last time I tested this project, it closed but couldn't open again. Here is the link https://fxdreema.com/shared/u49ORs5ce

    • RE: Rusume Trade

The trade was closed by turning off the "Buy now" block when a loss was made. The problem is turning on the "buy now" block, using the "Turn On" block or any other block, so that it resumes buying. I just wanted the EA to rest for a day after making a loss. I would greatly appreciate your solution; this problem has defied solutions and has almost frustrated me. Thanks sir. Here is the shared link https://fxdreema.com/shared/xCnh2xYVc
