I'm not sure that would work. I'm not a programmer, but what you can do is emulating input parameters when importing custom indicators. Maybe that can work without any additional line to add, but not sure.

What do you exactly mean by 'when the other order are open'? I see potentially you can have unlimited open trades at the same time.

Basically you need a loop searching for two candles in the past: One to confirm the crossing up and another one for the crossing down. Once you get those candle IDs, you can use a standard modify variables block to find that lowest price.

You need a custom loop to do that. Are you familiar with custom loops?

What do toy exactly mean by 'in input window'? Do you mean you want to do it through the EA itself or manually?

Sadly that is not possible in fxDreema. You need a custom indicator combining those indicators and then importing it into fxDreema. If you can't find any, you'll have to hire a programmer to create it.
