What you want is not an easy structure to create. If you begin with it, we will help you step by step. 
Is this the whole project? I see no counter block to be reset and an unused variable. The structure you shared should not open 60 trades for sure. Unless we can see the whole project, we cannot help.
Do not use the supertrend indicator man. It repaints so badly!!! 
I tried for some time until I discovered that. Not a single backtest will be reliable anymore, believe me. I strongly recommend you to find an alternative for your EA.
Honestly I'm not completely sure but I would say it will not revert. That would be a true trailing stop. I haven't checked it, though.

Yes, you can create a value1 variable ans insert there the equity. Then create a second one called value2 and insert the new value as required. That way you can compare them in any way you need.

You have not created any Constant or Variable. The only way to choose a name for an optimizable item is by creating a Constant or variable and insert it on the exact same places in which you selected your current optimizable items.
