Can anyone help me out in creating an ea that calculate the current market price and set a buystop by adding 2 pips to the current market price and subtract 2 pips from current market price and also set sl to entry point of both buystop and sell stop

Please can anyone help me out in creating a ea that orders a buystop and sell stop at the same time just by calculating 2 pips away from the current market price
Am having a hard time doing this
