I'm at my wits' end. ( sry for my english)

i wrote an EA which works with "Freeze of % of Balance" it is nice but i want to make a trigger where i can handle it in Metatrader.
in Example: on Init : Condition (if boolean is true -> Fixed volume; Else if boolean is false -> Freeze % of Balance

but i dont know how i can do it.

anyway. i want take no less than 0.5 lotsize
