is it possible to design a dashboard (indicator or EA ) that shows different timeframes for specified pair currency ?

i need to input multiple conditions ( lets say 15 conditions )

if 8 out 15 conditions occurred at specific timeframe .. indicator or EA will give an indication at dashboard in specific timeframe

i need to run the screen dashboard at one chart and dashboard with selected pairs will appear there and there is an indication if conditions met
