Ok. I think I got it now. In general it is an easy EA to do. The only potential trouble can be with all those lines drawn by your indicator. The EA will need to identify them one by one. Could you please show me now the object list of your chart including that indicator only?

Maybe you can have a condition block before connecting the trailing block that filters the 50% trades. Condition may filter based on lot size or anything else.
