Variables and Formula..

Hi, I'm trying to create some formulas:
N12: I get boilerbands Upper-Middle, I put result in variable xx
N14: Upper+xx---> yy

My condition is to have yy > xx (which should be always true)
Then I put a "Sell now" but it never open ones...
How can I properly use formulas and variables?I know there is written when using Terminal Variable "This is NOT for variables" but if so,
how else can I use them?

I did read that, but still can't figure out how to properly use the formulas and the variables I eventually get.
I had already initialized my variables.
