Help me creating my idea into EA guys.

SOP :
1.At server time 00:00, (Signal is as below) ;
-if CS closed as BEAR cs, the signal is SELL order,
-if CS closed as BULL cs,the signal is Buy order.
2.ENTRY ONLY at 03:00 servertime ;

• BUY if CS closed as Bull @ 00:00
  -SELL if CS closed as Bear @ 00:00
  3.An order will be placed if the market price reversed every 30 pip,with 2x lot from previous entry.Example :
  1st SELL 0.1
  2nd SELL 0.2
  3rd SELL 0.4 and so on.

4.Max order if marketprice reversed is 5 orders.
5.TP and SL Default 50 pip
6.Add Trailing stop/Trailing Step /Break even (just in case i am gonna use it)
7.Repeat these step every single day as long they meet the SOP requirement.Doesn't matter if the running trades is floating or not.

8.It would be great if pictures included.
