There is no secret here, just AlphaOmega's Mean reverse strategy from ForexFactory. There is a formula there, something like ((t+1)^2)/34 , when t is GMT time - only the hours. From the things you wrote here i see some way to do it, but a little complicated. Is there any straightforward way to do this?

When i wrote some post here you wrote that it is time to stop trading indicators etc and the good way is trading probability. Now you are writing it can't be traded automatically. Isn't there a way to trade automatically and have good performance?

I want to make a condition that if 3 or 4 of the last 4 trades were in loss (arrived at SL) then...(then the next trade will be opened at only 0.01 lot...).
How can i do it ?

My strategy is a simple MA crossover with one addition: take trades only if the greater MA is in great slope at the desired direction. The logic is that this will avoid whipsaws. if i want great slope, there are rare trades and of course nothing consistent. If the condition is moderate slope, there are many trades and there is profit, but this is also not consistent. There are periods (months) of losses also.
So now the problem is how to achieve consistent profit...
