Hi, Just made this new ea, took me hours, then I got this error when I wanted to download. Just signed up again today. Im not expert in this, must also be said but the codes should be ok. I hope its a easy fix

I now removed Candle real volume (for MT5 only), then it worked, why?

I have made a ea which I test on downloaded bars/ticks from duckscopy, works great and 100% quality. Then for fun I wanted to test it on the bars the broker offers, there it will not make a single trade, but with sample ea it makes trades.

I dont get this problem, why it not runs on broker candles and the other it does. What could be wrong, even another ea made with fxdreamer also run on brocker candles. Just not this one, I dont see any mistakes.

I would like to have it so that price must have been under 20 before it can go long, but can not be over 80. So just have been under 20, NOT be under 20 to make a trade. How do I do that?

I also tested my 4H robot it was also Profitable, close to the other MT5 test. So scalping robots are bad?

That means I can never be sure the data I have tested works in that period of time. Of cause nobody know what happens in the future, but if I want a robot for future trading, I need to be sure that it has worked the last 3 years, at least.

@l-andorrà I noticed of my 6 Robots 1 works on both, its a scalper of a kind. The other real scalpers, loses totally on the Metaquotes, quality 99% on the other where I have a profit, it say quality 100%.

In the Strategy Tester, there you see ex. EURUSD box next to it ex. M15, then the $ sign, if you push that there comes alot of stuff. Hmm could that be the reason, that something there dont fit. What is the perfect settings there for Testing

im backtesting on MT5 - account Chimara, with a 100% Quality. Big Profit.

Then I try on MT5 - account Metaquotes, with 100% quality, then its a los.

WHY?

@l-andorrà yes thats all, be cause I was looking for the Problem with my larger robot on MT5. Then I made a small EA with those blocks that dont work, to whats wrong.

Another thing, when I upload a new version of the EA, it does not change on MT5, even if I push refresh or close MT5 and start it again.

I need to change things in inputs, but you can not change everything there. Is there another way.

Once per position, well on MT4 I have no trade on top. I can remove it, np.

Thanks for the reply - I noticed today that when I test EURUSD on MT5 1 year, I get a good profit, with 100 Strategy quality (the line is complete light green and it says 100%)

When I test this with my uploaded ticks from duka history, I just get this 1 trade, but as it looks with the other test and 100% that should be a good test I would say. A trutst worthy one.

On MT4 with uploaded ticks and without I get a lot more profit, but I just dont trust it, be cause it has a N/A instead of 99-100% and is light green.
