Yes, an order placed above for a buy is a stop, under is a limit, on trade tab a trade created is a pending becoming a trade, under place the stop orders.

You need a no trade/order to limit to only 1. But I assume this would require more blocks, as to limit when and why it places a pending order.

That will use server time not GMT, so it will depend on your brokers chart time.

With pink blocks you you will need to loop through using a for each closed block-check the age using a condition block-(if age is correct (and something like the value)-buy/sell using the trade values. With a terminal variable, you need to update the variable manually, as long as you have put the result into the variable it will remain.

I do it this way daily (MT4 & MT5). You are putting in in your expert data folder, and right clicking the navigator folder to refresh?

I would use flags so when 1 cross has happened then check after the second, and reset when needed.

Where is it? Maybe downloads? If you find you can cut and paste into your data folder
